Oil patch bits: Lynden partnership with Highline College

As reported by Lynden News Dec. 8, Lynden companies continue financial support of the follow the supply chain study abroad logistics program organized by the Center of Excellence for Global Trade and Supply Chain Management at Highline College in Des Moines, WA, and other Washington colleges. "Lynden's support is crucial to our program. We are so appreciative of their ongoing financial contributions to help students learn about the supply chain," says Sam Kaplan, director of the supply chain management program and director of the Center of Excellence for Global Trade and Supply Chain Management. Elodie Gergov, Lynden Logistics director of international operations, is a member of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence Advisory Board. "This program is an important training ground for the future of the transportation industry," she says.
