InfoCom Alaska coming May 23-24

Visitors to InfoCom Alaska 2001 will be asked to choose the “Product of the Year” from products and services on display at the technology trade show to be held at the Egan Center in downtown Anchorage May 23-24. Admission to the trade show and technology training sessions is free.

InfoCom is hosted by the Association of Information Technology Professionals, Anchorage Chapter. A portion of the proceeds supports technology student scholarships at the University of Alaska Anchorage.

“The theme for InfoCom this year is ‘Gateway to the Future,’ reflecting the fact that over two-thirds of Alaskans have high-speed Internet access,” said Susan Favro, show manager.
