Resource Advisory Council to meet

The Bureau of Land Management Alaska Resource Advisory Council will meet Oct. 13-14 at the Campbell Creek Science Center in Anchorage beginning at 9 a.m., with a public comment period scheduled at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 14.

Topics to be discussed at the meeting, which is open to the public, include: National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska planning; invasive weeds/species; subsistence; 17b easement status and land conveyance update; and other topics the council may raise.
