Schlumberger completes reorganization

Houston-based Schlumberger said Sept. 14 it has completed the reorganization of its oilfield services business segment. The eight Schlumberger product lines have been restructured into 13 business segments, charged with developing and supporting the products and services delivered to customers by the Geomarket organization.

The 13 segments are grouped into three product groups. The reservoir development group includes Anadrill, Camco Products & Services, Dowell, Reda, Reed-Hycalog and Testing. Reservoir management includes GeoQuest, Holditch-Reservoir Technologies, Integrated Project Management, Production Operators International and Production Systems. The reservoir evaluation group includes Geco-Prakla and Wireline.
