Oil Patch Bits: Artur Iralin joins Golder team in Kazakhstan
Golder Associates said May 31 that it welcomes Artur M. Iralin, who is joining Golder to manage business development activities and office operations. Iralin’s experience with companies in Kazakhstan includes involvement in a number of opportunities for major oil and gas multinationals as well as domestic companies.
Iralin also served as a trade commissioner for several years under the Canadian Trade Mission and recruited and led trade missions from Canada to Kazakhstan, primarily in oil and gas and agriculture as well as reverse missions from Kazakhstan. In this role, he consulted with Canadian business clients on matters related Kazakhstan, Krygyz Republic and Tajikistan. He holds degrees in business administration, biology and automated control systems.
Golder’s new operation in Kazakhstan enables the company to advance its strategic business priorities in its two largest sectors, oil and gas, and mining. The office is located in Atyrau in eastern Kazakhstan on the Caspian Sea.
