Petroleum News Alaska Staff

Craig Taylor Equipment Co. has been named distributor of Komatsu America International Co. products in Alaska.

Founded in 1954, Craig Taylor has offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Soldotna and Wasilla offering construction equipment, parts, service, rental, and financing.

“With nearly 50 years of heavy equipment sales and service, Craig Taylor Equipment was the hands-down choice to represent Komatsu in the great state of Alaska,” said Komatsu President Ken Nakamura.

“Much like Komatsu, we are committed to improving our customer's productivity by continuously monitoring new equipment technology and updating our fleet to meet that demand,” said Lonnie Parker, Craig Taylor general manager and vice president. “We also strive to maintain large equipment, parts and service offerings.”

Komatsu America International Co. manufacturers and markets the Komatsu, Dressta and Galion lines of hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, crawler dozers, articulated and off-highway trucks and motor graders.
