IOGCC to meet Oct. 17

The Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission’s annual meeting is scheduled for Oct. 17-19 in Oklahoma City. This year’s topic is the challenge of energy policy, expected to provide “a forum to discuss important oil and natural gas issues with top energy leaders.”

Those leaders are likely to include New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, IOGCC chairman; Alaska Gov. Frank Murkowski, IOGCC chairman-elect; and Wyoming Gov. Dave Freudenthal, the commission said in a press release.
