CORRECTION: Changes in Alaska’s preliminary lease sale results
Preliminary sales results from the state of Alaska Cook Inlet areawide oil and gas lease sale May 7 as reported in the May 11 issue of Petroleum News contained some minor errors in dollar amounts based on figures from the opening of sale bids.
The table below contains the preliminary printed results from the state by bidder or bidding group. This list is ranked by dollar volume spent:
Prodigy Alaska: seven tracts, $415,385.60
Douglas Barr, Daniel Donkel, George Kasper, Robert Bolt (25 percent each): seven tracts, $134,400.00
Pelican Hill Oil & Gas: three tracts, $65,740.80
Union Oil Company of California: two tracts, $60,652.80
