Semco Energy declares quarterly dividend

Semco Energy Inc. said June 14 that the company’s board of directors has declared quarterly dividend No. 96 of 21 cents per share on common stock.

The dividend is payable on the Aug. 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 1.
