Colville Inc. to buy Brooks Range Supply

Oilfield supply company Colville Inc. of Deadhorse said in early April it will purchase Brooks Range Supply Inc. of Anchorage for $3.5 million.

When the acquisition is complete Colville will have annual revenue of about $32 million.

Colville is owned and managed by brothers Mark and Jeff Helmericks, who grew up in the Colville River delta. Brooks Range Supply was owned by Dave Moncrief of Saipan, Mathew G. Norton Co. of Seattle and Explosives Limited of Calgary.
