Alaska Pipe & Supply launches second product catalog

Petroleum News Alaska Staff

FNW/Alaska Pipe & Supply, the Alaska division of Familian Northwest, has published its second wholesale product catalog.

The nearly 400-page, illustrated catalog lists more than 40,000 plumbing, pipe, valve and fittings, pump, waterworks, geotextile and heating products and parts carried at all five branches statewide.

“We are excited to bring our warehouse to our Alaska customers again with the new catalog issue,” said Mike Cowden, Alaska Pipe & Supply’s area manager. “The first issue of our catalog was well received and this second printing encompasses even more products and technical information for our market.”

The catalog is designed to serve all our contractor customers, especially those in remote village locations or on job sites inaccessible except by airplane or boat, said Royal Bidwell, Alaska Pipe & Supply’s Fairbanks branch manager.

“Our printed catalog provides a solution to customers who aren’t able to access our web site on-line ordering system, and also can serve as a valuable tool for our customers who are on-line,” said Heidi Miles, Alaska Pipe & Supply’s area marketing coordinator. “The product illustrations have been particularly valuable in cutting down on ordering errors as customers can quickly identify if their item matches the one illustrated in the catalog,” she added.

Alaska Pipe & Supply has branches in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Soldotna and Wasilla.
