AOGCC schedules CIRI hearing
The Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission has scheduled a hearing on a petition from Cook Inlet Region Inc. requesting that the commission provide relief based on a claim that Buccaneer Operations Alaska LLC is illegally producing natural gas from the Kenai Loop 1-1 and 1-3 wells without a pooling agreement. (See story about Kenai Loop issues in Nov. 3 issue of Petroleum News.)
The hearing will be at 1 p.m. Dec. 4 in the commission offices in Anchorage.
Written comments regarding the application will be accepted through Dec. 3, or, if the hearing is held, through the conclusion of the Dec. 4 hearing.
