XTO Energy redeems notes

XTO Energy Inc. said June 3 that it has redeemed its $125 million 93 percent senior subordinated notes due 2007.

The company said the redemption was funded by the April issuance of $350 million of 72 percent senior notes due 2010.

Registered holders received 104.625 percent of the face value plus accrued interest to the June 3 redemption date.
