Mining News: Northern Neighbors: Golden Predator adds Clubs to 3 Aces hand

Golden Predator Mining Corp. Nov. 2 announced the discovery of new gold bearing veins in the Clubs area of its 3 Aces project in southeastern Yukon. So far this year, the company has identified 20 new gold bearing veins within a 10.5-square-kilometer (2,600 acres) core area of 3 Aces. Most of these high-grade gold discoveries have been made in the Aces area of the core zone, where drilling earlier this year cut 11.43 meters of 31.89 grams per metric ton gold. The new gold bearing veins are in the Clubs area, which is about 1,000 meters northwest of Spades. Channel and grab samples from the Queen of Clubs vein, discovered roughly 1,900 meters northeast of the Ace of Spades, returned 67.1, 91.1, and 111.0 g/t gold; a grab sample from the Nine of Clubs vein, 380 meters southeast of the Queen of Clubs, returned 26.2 g/t gold; and a grab sample from the Clubs prospect pit, 350 meters south of Queen of Clubs, returned 24.6 g/t gold. These newly identified veins are targeted for drilling during a winter drill program currently underway at 3 Aces.
