Ninilchik Beluga/Tyonek filing amended

Hilcorp Alaska has amended its request to the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission to redefine the vertical and horizontal boundaries of the Ninilchik Beluga/Tyonek gas pool.

The amendment expands the affected area of the pool to include a small area which had previously been added to the unit but not to the AOGCC defined gas pool.

Because of the amendment the tentatively scheduled public hearing date has been changed from Oct. 25 to Nov. 14 at 10 a.m. at the commission’s Anchorage office. The commission said if a request for a hearing is not timely filed it may consider issuance of an order without a hearing.
