A. Shale formation “green” flow-back and production testing and related services.

A. We currently have 80 employees.
Q. Describe the equipment your company uses and are there any new equipment purchases planned?
A. Ameritest Inc. supplies high volume portable 4 phase separation equipment with sand traps, specialized ball and junk catchers, and all associated equipment for any type of flow back, drill out, and or clean-out activity. Ameritest Inc. is continuing to grow and adding equipment and personnel on-going.
Q. Is your company expanding any of its operations or locations?
A. We would like to expand our current geographic area and will as personnel come available...perhaps to Ohio. Service offices in Minot, ND and Sidney, MT service the entire area of the Bakken formation where we are currently focused.

A. Not at this time.
Q. What is your company’s main strength or its edge over the competition?
A. Ameritest Inc. has a world class HES system and Safety is a key driver. Additionally the company maintains 85 percent, plus local employees and is focused on training local personnel. Our people are our greatest asset and we maintain the highest standard for training and expectations in North Dakota and Montana. The Management team at Ameritest Inc. has been in the Bakken now for almost 7 years or from the very beginnings of the Bakken formation development.
Q. What new markets, clients or projects did your company attract in the last year?
A. Our primary clients are Hess Corp. and XTO. Ameritest Inc. has maintained a contract with Hess since the companies inception and is currently looking to further expand its customer base.
Q. What is the most challenging work/contract the company has undertaken?
A. Ameritest Inc. is up to any challenge and none have been beyond our scope. The equipment is designed for anything the Bakken can dish out and the management team has a combined experience of over 60 years in production testing and flow-back.
Q. What are the biggest obstacles to completing work your company undertakes?
A. The greatest obstacle is always qualified and or suitable staff. Training takes time and there is little in way of local experience traditionally so a great deal of our focus is on training this generation of Flow Back Service people.
Q. What do you see as your company’s biggest challenge in the next five years?
A. Again it is personnel...recruiting and retention of local qualified people.
Q. Does your company have an anniversary or other landmark event coming up?
A. March 27th we enter our 4th year of operations.

A. Ameritest Inc. is an IS Networld data provider and maintains “A” ratings with most of our clients. Safety is the number one point in our guiding principles as a company. The standards we maintain in training are world class and we employ a Safety Professional as our Director of HES. We believe that a service company is all about your people...and peoples’ safety comes first.

A. We support a lot of local activities but do not blow our horn about them.
