Bismarck exhibit hall to expand; ready by May for big petroleum conference
On June 25, The Bismarck Tribune reported that the Bismarck City Commission awarded $26.64 million in bids to expand the Bismarck Civic Center Exhibit Hall before the 2014 Williston Basin Petroleum Conference opens in May.
