Even the usually candid chairman of beleaguered Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Railway is begging off comment, while producers, shippers, transporters and users of Bakken crude wait uneasily for Quebec provincial police to make arrests in connection with the July 6 Quebec rail disaster.
