Costs increase for Enbridge on its Line 3 replacement

In the midst of raging debate over its Northern Gateway project, Enbridge disclosed that the cost of plans to replace most of its Line 3 on both sides of the Canada-U.S. border have surged in less than four months by C$500 million to C$7.5 billion.
