Criminal charges filed in Quebec rail tragedy
The Quebec government’s prosecutor’s office has filed 47 criminal charges against three employees of the insolvent Montreal Maine and Atlantic Railway, MM&A, whose runaway train carrying Bakken crude exploded and killed 47 people in the town of Lac-Megantic more than 10 months ago.
