Anchorage based Arctic Catering Inc. announced March 21 that it has signed a Letter of Intent to be acquired by Right Choice Camps & Catering Ltd. of Edmonton, Canada.
Right Choice Camps & Catering is a privately owned turnkey provider of camp equipment and catering services and is the market leader in Western Canada. Right Choice brings more than 100 years of combined experience within the camp and catering segment and has an enormous amount of internal capability in camp construction, equipment leasing and catering services.

The transaction includes a 30-day due diligence period and a subsequent closing. The transaction will not impact Arctic Catering’s Alaska based employees.
