The North Dakota Industrial Commission issued an order on Sept. 4 authorizing Continental Resources to drill up to 14 wells on an existing standup 1,280-acre spacing unit in the Chimney Butte-Bakken pool in west-central Dunn County, and a second order authorizing Continental to drill up to 14 wells....
