Three environmental groups, the Sierra Club, Earthjustice and ForestEthics, filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Transportation, DOT, on Sept. 11 furthering their push for a prohibition of a class of rail tank cars known as DOT-111.
The suit comes after DOT did not respond to a legal petit....
