On. Oct. 7, Stetson Sannes, an environmental specialist for Hilcorp Alaska, received a letter from Hannah Silta, natural resource specialist IV for Alaska's Division of Oil and Gas, approving Hilcorp's proposed Ivan River Unit plan of operations amendment application dated Sept. 19.
