Tesoro recovers 4,300 spilled barrels

Texas-based Tesoro Corp. said it has recovered 4,300 barrels of crude oil so far in its cleanup of a spill in northwestern North Dakota, estimated at 20,600 barrels of oil. The spill was discovered on Sept. 29 by a farmer harvesting wheat. Tesoro said it has completed the tie-in of a 1,500-foot pipe....
