Arctic Directory: AER brings new drill bits to the Alaskan market
Alaskan Energy Resources Inc. said it unveiled a new product line of Encore DDS drill bits to the Alaska market for use in the oil industry during an open house Feb. 16-17.
Formed in 2010, Tercel is a global designer and manufacturer of leading-edge products to empower the upstream oil and gas industry. It represents the combination of four initial Tercel companies: Caledus, provider of a range of leading-edge drilling & completion enhancement tools; Diamant Drilling Services, manufacturer and designer of fixed cutter drill bits and coreheads; Encore Bits, developer and manufacturer of PDC drilling bits; and Omni Oil Technology, a developer of proprietary drilling enhancement tools, including leading-edge roller reamers and stabilizers.
Since 2001, Alaskan Energy Resources Inc. has been serving oil companies and drilling contractors throughout Alaska, the North Slope and Cook Inlet. Some of their products include drill bits, extended reach drilling services, T&D reduction equipment, production enhancement, hole openers and Reaming tools.
