A. R360’s regional headquarters is located in The Woodlands, TX. We have facilities in all major shale plays including Texas, Louisiana, Wyoming, Oklahoma, North Dakota and New Mexico.

A. R360 was formed in July of 2010 by the union of three of the nation’s largest E&P waste disposal companies.
In 2012, R360 was awarded Environmental Initiative of the Year award at the Oil & Gas Awards – Gulf Coast.

A. R3 RoadBase™ is R360’s process of converting E&P waste into a commercially viable product used in road, pad and lot construction.

A. We are always trying to stay ahead of the game, building or buying facilities where our clients most need R360.

Q. What new markets, clients or projects did your company attract in the last year?
A. We recently opened our Wishbone Facility in Stanton, TX outside of Midland (Permian Basin). Wishbone’s services include solid & liquid waste, treatment and disposal, washouts, and an SWD. We also opened our Fairfield Facility in Fairfield, ND (Bakken). Services there include liquid waste treatment and disposal.
Q. What do you see as your company’s biggest challenge in the next five years?
A. Government and regulators will be among the stakeholders with the biggest economic impact on our company over the next 3 to 5 years. We expect governmental oversight in our industry to increase over time. Although new regulations can put value at risk, it can also create new opportunities. Thus, we are constantly identifying and evaluating key issues that may affect our industry and the markets we serve.
Q. Has your company been involved in any community projects or charity events?
A. Our parent company along with R360 is all about community and helping where there is a need. WCI holds an annual Golf Classic for Kids to raise funds for local youth based charities. The tournament is in its sixth year. For the past thirteen years the company has held and annual bike build called WCI Christmas Promise. This year marked the 13th annual bike build. Funds are raised to purchase and build bikes/helmets for children to receive at Christmas. Over the past 13 years, close to 20,000 bikes have been distributed to kids in need.
