Kodiak on pace to set another output record

Denver-based Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. is on track to set yet another production record in the current third quarter, reporting average output of 17,000-18,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day during the first two weeks of July.
That performance comes on the heels of reported second-quarter production....
