Hess Midstream files with SEC for IPO
On Sept. 24 Hess Corp. filed an S-1 form with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering, or IPO, to raise up to $250 million for its wholly owned subsidiary, Hess Midstream Partners L.P., although no terms were provided for the offering.
