Winter stifles Fidelity’s Bakken output

MDU Resources Denver-based subsidiary Fidelity Exploration & Production Co. reported that it increased its overall oil production 14 percent compared to the first quarter of 2013, including a 3 percent increase in its North Dakota Bakken play despite difficult winter weather.
