A committee that has been consolidating the reliability standards for the Alaska Railbelt electrical system completed this project on Oct. 10 and the new standards are being reviewed for adoption, Brian Hickey from Chugach Electric Association told the Regulatory Commission of Alaska on Oct. 11.
