Lightning strike turns saltwater storage tanks into scrap metal
A lightning strike completely destroyed a saltwater disposal site in western North Dakota on the early morning of June 1.
According to the North Dakota Department of Health, NDDoH, the lightning caused an explosion, fire and release of fluids from Oasis Petroleum’s Belle Saltwater Disposal site 12....
