Randall Sickler, Vice President and Managing Partner Randall Sickler has focused his practice on imaginative business planning and is skilled in representing businesses in litigation and alternative resolution techniques. He has a depth of experience in business arbitration, construction litigation, environmental and natural resources lawsuits and contract disputes. He also has an interest in creditors’ rights, regularly representing mortgage and finance companies, banks and other businesses in the collection of debts.
Paul Ebeltoft, President Paul Ebeltoft is an experienced trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in litigation and alternatives to litigation. Also a mediator and arbitrator, Ebeltoft is skilled in customizing mediation techniques to a variety of litigation settings. His professional awards include: “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® and selected a Super Lawyer in civil and personal injury litigation.
Jennifer Grosz, Treasurer Jennifer Grosz focuses her practice on business transactions, personal planning and real estate transactions. Nathan Bouray, Secretary Nathan Bouray focuses his practice on real estate, oil and gas, and probate matters. With the current level of oil and gas activity in western North Dakota, Bouray spends his days assisting clients in all aspects of mineral development, from acquisition, due diligence, leasing, title review and production.
Courtney Olson, Associate Lawyer At Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers, associate lawyer Courtney Olson concentrates her practice within the Litigation Solutions Team, where she focuses on civil litigation. Bekki Grant, Associate Lawyer Lawyer Bekki Grant spent her first two years in private practice in Missoula, Mont., where her work consisted of criminal defense work, workers’ compensation matters and plaintiff’s litigation. Nicholas Grant, Associate Lawyer At Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers, Lawyer Nicholas Grant works exclusively in the firm’s litigation solutions and real estate, environmental, oil and gas litigation practice groups. Nicholas represents a diverse group of clients in both state and federal court on matters including insurance defense, construction defect, and other litigation.
Haylee Cripe, Associate Lawyer Lawyer Haylee Cripe is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law. At Ebeltoft . Sickler .
