Although Brent crude oil prices dropped to $73 per barrel Sept. 6, the U.S. Energy Information Administration said in its September Short-Term Energy Forecast, released Sept. 10, that it expects Brent to return to above $80 per barrel in September and to average $82 per barrel in the fourth quarter....
