FERC judge: Seaway pipeline rates too high
According to a Sept. 16 Reuters report, a U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission judge ruled that the rates charged by Seaway Crude Pipeline Co. LLC are too high, “landing an initial victory for crude oil shippers” and the possibility of a refund for shippers.
