Among the applications that the North Dakota Industrial Commission will consider during hearings scheduled for Feb. 26 and 27 in Bismarck is Whiting Oil and Gas’ request that it create 25 new drill spacing units. All 25 are overlapping 2,560-acre units in four contiguous oil fields in far northwest....
