Crestwood grows Bakken volumes
After merging with Inergy Midstream in October 2013 and acquiring Arrow Midstream the following month, Crestwood Midstream Partners completed the integration of those assets into the company in 2014, and for the year Crestwood realized a 44 percent increase in Bakken crude oil throughput volumes.
