Tanker vapor control system under review

In early April Alyeska Pipeline Service Co. presented a review process to regulators for the tanker vapor control system at the Valdez marine terminal. “It’s a top to bottom review of the system,” Alyeska spokeswoman Tracy Green told PNA April 22.
